About the Ride

In 1999, Vermont CARES held the first annual Champ Ride. The ride was an immediate hit with riders due to the beautiful Vermont scenery and excellent support crews helping along the way.

Through the fundraising efforts of its participants the Champ Ride provides much needed financial support to Vermont CARES and allows us to continue working with and on behalf of people living with and at risk of HIV/AIDS.

The Champ Ride raises awareness about HIV/AIDS and reminds people throughout the state that HIV/AIDS is still a serious problem that needs our attention.

Many people ride in memory of loved ones they have lost to this epidemic and others ride in solidarity. Whatever your reason for riding thank you for your support!
