Vermont CARES offers a variety of HIV Prevention services. Aside from our FREE weekly oral rapid HIV testing we can arrange for a trained HIV educator to come speak to your school, work or community group. The presenter can cover specific topics you request or can give an overview of HIV risk, transmission and prevention. Vermont CARES' Speakers' Bureau is another excellent resource for groups hoping to learn more about HIV/AIDS. Our Speakers' Bureau is made up of community members who live with HIV/AIDS everyday and are willing to share their stories. If you are interested in having an HIV educator or the Speakers Bureau come to speak please contact our Director of Prevention. |
