5. Receive your supplies: Needles, bleach cleaning kits, tourniquets, alcohol preps, gloves, and/or cookers are also provided as needed.

6. Receive a referral page about rapid HIV testing, local drug and alcohol counselors, NA and AA meetings schedule, and Hepatitis C information. This referral page is given to every participant each time they exchange, no exceptions.

7. If desired, receive personal assistance with referrals to HIV testing, NA meetings, AA meetings, Hep C information, Methadone clinics, and Tri County services.

Please Note: After the initial start up kit is issued, we serve as a one for one exchange program. For each used needle you return, you will receive one new needle. For example, if you return 20 used needle, you will be issued 20 new needles.

Referral Incentive Program: We also offer a referral program. If you have a friend, neighbor or acquaintance that you would like to refer to our program we will provide you with referral cards that (upon return to us) will enter you into our monthly drawing for a $25 gift certificate to Price Chopper.
